THE NIGHT THAT WAS: YUPPIE CAFE

LAST NIGHT the band slothbear performed at a local daycare center called the YUPPIE CAFE. you couldn't even buy beer at this dump but we got $$paid$$ so i won't be too mean. anyways after watching our dear friends perform it was time for our scheduled performance, but not before evil, conniving gatekeepers tried to prevent us from doing the only thing we can agree on loving to do. one attempted to blind us with lies about his 'dying' girlfriend, who presumably attempted to overdose on drugs b/c she's going out w/ a baldy. perhaps we should have relented despite the SLEAZE with which this decepticon attempted to pull at our tender heart strings, but we stuck to our guns only to have him whisk away all our brand new tween fans. and you KNOW its the tweenies who buy the most STUFF. bad vibes got the better of us and our less-than-lively set came to an abrupt, self-imposed end. a sincere apology to our close friends who paid $7 to see this shitshow-- in the future i assure you, we will let the bad guys win.
